So personal training doesn't fit in your budget or schedule and you still aren't quite sure how to accomplish your goals? At AeroFit, our personal trainers have assisted many clients by designing a plan for you to complete. This all starts with a one-on-one consultation. During this session, we get to know you, your day to day activities and your daily nutrition. We also talk about your knowledge of different types of exercises. Lastly, we will check your body composition and keep track of your progress.
